Munzer Al Kaddour

Natural flavours. Ancient Inspiration.

I’m Munzer Al Kaddour, a professional cook with a deep connection to traditional food and the people who passed it down. My cooking is rooted in history, shaped by old family recipes, and guided by a simple principle: food should be real. No artificial flavors, no preservatives, no tricks just honest ingredients and time-tested methods.

My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen in Syria. I watched her turn simple ingredients into fragrant, nourishing meals with care and instinct. She cooked without measuring, without rushing, and without ever compromising on flavor. I asked questions, begged to help, and slowly learned the rhythm of her cooking. That kitchen became my first classroom.

As I grew older, I kept learning from my family and from the food traditions of other cultures. I explored the rich flavors of Egypt, Persia, Morocco, the Arabian Gulf, Italy, and across Asia. From slow-simmered stews to bold spices and delicate broths, I found the same core values again and again: cook with purpose, respect the ingredients, and let the food speak for itself.

Now I focus on plant-based cooking, not because it’s trendy, but because it fits with everything I believe in. My dishes are made from scratch, with whole ingredients and techniques that carry generations of knowledge. I don’t use artificial enhancers or chemical additives, just real food, cooked with care.

I offer a range of flexible services for individuals, families, and creative teams:

• Private in home cooking

• Fresh meal delivery

• Catering for small events, offices, or private functions

• Cooking support for theatre groups, touring musicians, and production crews

With every meal, my goal is to connect people to something deeper a memory, a culture, a sense of home. Because food isn’t just fuel. It’s history. It’s tradition. It’s family.
